ABOUT HAMILTON
Hey, my name is Hamilton Hayes and I am a 24-year-old Atlanta native with an overwhelming passion for video, photography, and social media. I've been honing my skills for over a decade with my own youtube channel and client base from around the world. With my Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Communications with an emphasis in Film Production and Marketing, I am eager and excited to start filming and shooting future projects and brand wherever they may be.
My style of videography is reminiscent of Sam Kolder, Mango Street, and Tommy Lundberg. I love using slow motion, fast transitions, and moody yet vivid colors.
Education:
I graduated in four years from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Communications with an emphasis in Film Production and Marketing. I was the Social Media Representative for the GSU Film Club for 2 years and completed an Internship at Imagine Media Consulting in the Summer of 2018. Since the new year, I've worked with over 50 local Atlanta Brands as well as iHeartMedia as a photographer. I'm currently shooting real estate photo and video with Planomatic and freelancing on the side.
Awards & Nominations:
I have won 3 awards for my independent films. I won two Campus Movie Fest Jury Awards for my directing of a music video called "Depths" and for my original musical score for a short film called "Wax-maker". I also won a Silver Tripod Award for my music video "Depths" in 2017.
